How do we approach your treatment?
During your initial consultation, we will discuss the type of treatment which will be the most appropriate for you. Based on years of experience it is likely that we will suggest using a blend of techniques, combining practical tools and methods. On every step of your journey we will take time to explain fully what will happen next and why we are taking this course of action.
Step 1
Free 20 minute consultation (ideally, face to face)
At the initial consultation we will listen to you, understand your problem and agree a way forward. Discussing how many sessions may be required and outlining the fees; there will be no surprises.
Step 2
First session
(Approximately 60 to 90 minutes)
This is an in-depth assessment so we can understand the issues and determine the best methods to utilise what will give you a lasting and empowering solution. Summed up:
- The start of the journey to improved health and feeling better
- Techniques and methodology will be explained
- We will agree the next steps and future session outlines
Step 3
Follow-up sessions
(60 to 90 minutes pre-agreed according to your wishes)
At each session we will measure and record progress.
Step 4
When to complete your sessions
We always use the minimum number of sessions we can because we use a combined conscious and subconscious learning approach. Our clients are always very aware of how far through a program they are and how they feel about the progress they are making. Further sessions are always available if required.
