Cognitive approach to Hypnotherapy -What does that mean?
This form of Hypnotherapy uses Coaching and the latest research to support you in your chosen endeavour. While Hypnotherapy has had significant research to support it, some people have a positive response, where others may not, or they may not have a long lasting effect.
Depending on the issues that are to be addressed, combining a learning approach through coaching alongside Hypnotherapy has been shown (in practice) to give better and sustained therapeutic results. This also allows you to feel much more personally empowered and to experience something more tangible to take away and work with in the future.
We believe that this cognitive approach to Hypnotherapy, Coaching and Counselling really helps separate good practitioners from great ones. Here at Marlborough House we strive to ensure that all our practitioners achieve the highest calibre and that is why we incorporate a cognitive approach in our therapeutic sessions.
